Overview

The redevelopment at the former Webb Ellis business park in Rugby has seen 117 new homes created with a further 12 set to be built. Phase one involved the conversion of four existing office blocks into 73 apartments and phase two followed with a four-storey new build block of 44 apartments on the former car park. Phase three, now known as Crescent House, will see the creation of the final 12 homes. Our designs for the new build elements were reflective of the existing blocks in terms of massing, scale, form, fenestration and material palette. The footprint was orientated to form a large central courtyard, which offers residents a high-quality landscaped space.
