The Triangle is the first phase of a new £90m masterplan for Ashford town centre that will eventually see the creation of some 400 homes and apartments on part of a former power generation site, overlooking the Great Stour River. We’re overseeing delivery of The Triangle’s 143 one, two and three bedroom apartments, designed at planning stage by a local architect. These are arranged in a series of three blocks around a central landscaped podium and have uninterrupted views to the nearby Victoria Park. The Triangle occupies a key strategic position and will act as a catalyst for further regeneration within Ashford.
