£35M RIVERSIDE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN ASHFORD

May 28, 2021

We’ve been appointed by Kings Crescent Homes as lead design for a new, £35m residential development in Ashford, Kent.

The Triangle is the first phase of a new masterplan for Ashford town centre that will eventually see the creation of some 400 homes and apartments on part of a former power generation site, overlooking the Great Stour river. Our role is to oversee delivery of The Triangle, which includes 143 one, two and three bedrooms apartments.

Our director, Dan Nestoruk said: “The Triangle will act as a catalyst for further regeneration of this part of the town centre and provide a diverse mix of high-quality homes. This appointment marks our second major project in partnership with Kings Crescent Homes and we’re excited to begin work on this landmark scheme.”

Arranged in a series of three blocks around a central landscaped podium, The Triangle’s generous private terraces and floor to ceiling windows will maximise fantastic views across the river and the neighbouring Victoria Park.

The Triangle is located on Victoria Road, just a short walk to Ashford International Train Station, which is only 30 minutes to Central London and less than two hours to Paris. Funding for the scheme is provided by Homes England and LendInvest.

We’re extremely pleased to have acquired this site, which occupies a key strategic position in the town and is identified as an area of high growth. With excellent local connections and easily commutable to Central London, we’re confident the mix of apartments at The Triangle will have widespread appeal.
